Welcome to E.P. Rayzor Elementary
Opened in 2002, E.P. Rayzor Elementary is named for Eugenia Porter Rayzor, the wife of J. Newton Rayzor, who was a well-known attorney and developer in Denton – and the previous owner of the land where the school stands. E.P. Rayzor Elementary serves families in Lantana and the Guyer High School attendance zone.
Recently named a Professional Learning Community (PLC) Model School by Solution Tree, E.P. Rayzor is one of roughly 500 schools and districts across the United States and Canada to receive this distinction, which recognizes sustained success in student achievement.
